One living interface seen at four distances: Studio at the desk, Live in the hand, Express on the page, and Kiduna TV across the room. The HUD rises and falls with attention; the Field never stops being the world underneath.

Executive recommendation
Make agency navigable.
Ordinary software organizes files, feeds, pages, and apps. Kiduna organizes who can do what with whom, in which Organization, through which agent, with what material and proof.
The core interaction is not “open a document.” It is: approach a relationship, gather the living things that matter, state an intent, and let accountable agents carry it forward.
Three directions
Not three skins. Three distances.
Use the strength of each direction as a zoom level of the same Field. Constellation orients, Relational Terrain is inhabited, and Living Workbench makes.
Relational Terrain
The Organization is ground. Relationships are chambers. Communities and Alliances are clearings. Projects are worked places.
Living Workbench
Materials cluster around an intention and agents stand near their work. Strong in Studio; dangerous if it becomes a dressed-up file manager.
First principles
The rules below the pixels.
Each principle should survive a complete visual redesign. They define the product, not merely this draft.
The whole screen is the Field
Chrome floats over the ground. HUD opacity is an attention instrument, not a theme preference.
Relationships are visible nouns
A Relationship holds shared material, directional trust, grants, ACTIONS, and history in one Organization context.
State arrives
Changed objects brighten once. Absence is recapped. Disconnection is weather. No badge or refresh ritual proves liveness.
Proximity suggests; intent commits
Gather is reversible. Spatial collision never changes authority by itself.
Agents are inspectable presences
Every agent answers why, for whom, under what grant, using which sources, and what happened.
Persona is stable; state is contextual
Visitor, Guest, and Member are ground-facing states relative to the Organization underfoot.
Canonical Field grammar
The graph becomes a place.
Shape, edge, placement, and label carry meaning before color. Inspection reveals relation, capability, authority, and proof in that order.
