**The Studio + Live Working Design Brief v0.1 is the product foundation for the two working distances.** Studio is the desktop working distance: complex understanding, composition, inspection, governance, commitment; structured density; Field left, Ki right, ~70/30 (range ~66/34–75/25), Ki always on the right. Live is the mobile human distance: presence, capture, coordination, bounded decisions, offline preparation, deferral to Studio; Ki as a collapsible bottom sheet; portrait primary with an optional horizontal mode; tablet is a later bridge surface. Both are native Flutter/Flame; each web version is the same Flutter/Flame build for remote/limited use. Page: `studio-live-brief.html`.

**Rulings in force (from the brief):**

- **Live can confirm most consequential Actions.** Many Sources will never use Studio. The Studio-only Action list must be very small, possibly empty; each entry earns its place by the small-screen-inspection criterion.
- **Ki is proactive and rearranges the Field by default** (unless the Source instructs otherwise). Most Field change comes from other Sources, Allies, and Actors. Spatial persistence requires the Source actively anchoring; Ki restores or refocuses on request. Surfacing and interruption thresholds are set in dialogue between Ki and the Source. "Why am I seeing this?" needs very little depth.
- **Ki speaks in the third person, never "I."** Ki is not an Element in the Field and never becomes a character, avatar, or Realm object.
- **Most Actions are single-Source.** Multi-Source confirmation only for Alliances (Squads multi-sig), Organizations (Forums + multi-sig), and Realms that explicitly set an Action to multi-Source.
- **The Action lifecycle is canon:** Intention → Draft → Prepared → Inspection → Confirmation → Execution → Completion/settlement → Recovery/reversal/revocation. A draft never looks committed; a prepared Action never looks completed.
- **Authority is inspectable, not always visible.** Not an auditing system; fun and suspension of disbelief matter; discovery is guaranteed, decoration is not.
- **Privacy presence is Realm-scoped.** Inside a Realm its private information is simply present; in a secret Realm the secret information is present; personal information is always present to its person. Permissions inspectable, never surface-obvious.
- **Three Resource facts always visible, Studio and Live alike:** available $KIDUNA units · wallet value in USD · current $KIDUNA price in USD. Money/Compute states distinguished: available/reserved/pending/settled/recurring/reversed/failed, fixture vs live.
- **Care-not-control prohibitions restated as KDN-010:** no engagement mechanics, scores, rankings, leaderboards, inferred emotion, false presence, surveillance patterns.
- **The KDN decision log is the standing decision instrument** (KDN-001..010 accepted; fields and lifecycle on the brief page). Ratification goes through Moto only.

**Taxonomy v1.3.7 (owner-ruled, from the brief):** the Ally is the Field-visible Element — the Source-approved visual identity of a person; Sources stand behind their Allies in the data/governance model (Field-level Elements: Realms · Actions · Resources · Media · Allies · Actors). Canonical Ally states **Open · Engaged · Focused · Dreaming**, never inferred from biometrics/expression/private activity. **Concept** admitted as a Realm type (product-level set: Organization · Alliance · Program · Project · Relationship · Community · Institution · Concept · Cell; Ecosystem/Member Realm/Offering reconciliation is OQ-B10). **The fourth persona is Danny** (supersedes David; lineage Alice→Bob, Carol→Danny).

**The Genesis Nightpaper is v0.3** ("Kiduna: A New Architecture for Agentic Civilization", published kiduna.ai/nightpaper July 23): agency defined as sense-decide-act-learn; the three ages (Kinship ~300k years, Institutional, Agentic); kinship agents as the third form beyond personal/enterprise agents (the lethal-trifecta answer); the Field + Ki + Elements as the three expressions; machineries of care vs control; Sentinels as member-governed Actors; the WV DUNA legal argument (Ooki, Sarcuni, Wyoming vs West Virginia); Institutions can act but cannot rule; closing law: **scale compounds agency**. The four public principles: **human direction · agentic capacity · personal privacy · legal standing**.

**kiduna.ai is live as the public home** ("Create intelligent allies. Build powerful movements." · "The internet connected pages. Social connected profiles. Kiduna connects allies."), with invitation-led early access and the nightpaper. Copy archived at `public-site/KIDUNA-AI-HOMEPAGE.md`.

**The design system was refreshed sitewide (2026-07-26):** full brand + Studio + Live token set (extended violet/green/orange/blue ranges), the allies generation system, deck templates, business card, and the Studio/Live preview cards, installed in `_ds/` and packaged in downloads.
