# Kidunaverse cofounder skill — canon delta · 2026-07-21 · TAXONOMY v1.3.4: the Six Elements

## The Six Elements (the new core)

**Realms · Actions · Resources · Media · Sources · Actors.** Everything is one of the six, a property attached to one, or a composition.
- **SOURCE REPLACES PRESENCE** — a Source is a human participant. All Presence kinds persist as Source kinds (Singular/Plural/Visitor/Guest/Member/Cloaked Source with Persona·Alias·Mask). The authority word and the person word are now one.
- **ALL AGENTS ARE ACTORS — the Ally/Actor separation ends.** Ki is the universal Actor: one coherent Ki, every Source's ally in function, relationship shaped per Source. Actor kinds unchanged (Envoy, Operator, Sentinel, Worker, Supervisor, Integrations). Source-of-authority rule untouched.
- **MEDIA absorbs old "Elements" AND "Artifacts"**: stable stored content and structure (files, AV, documents, JSON structures, Labels, icons, widgets, Panel shapes, Scene assets, Wisdom items). **Records = Media produced by Actions** (answers the 1.3.3 open question). **Badges = Media (Record kind), NOT Resources** — can't be consumed, can't drive transformation. Artifact = Media subtype; Generated/Imported/External + verification-as-state carry over.
- **Resources = money-like and capacity**: "money is two things — Information and Resource." Compute, USDC, wallets, treasury balances. Kinship Codes are Resources.
- **SCENES: a Media system attached to a Realm, operated by Actors. PORTALS ELIMINATED** — no enter/exit machinery; Scenes load within Surfaces under the Realm's identity/permissions/Records.

## Structure rulings

- **Stable Media, dynamic composition**: names/Labels/Panel shapes persist; the agentic system composes the arrangement per Source, per moment. No preset screens, no fixed navigation; the Field and Ki are two inputs to one system; everything is a prompt except deterministic Actions.
- **Types vs Labels**: types canonical at infrastructure; free UI relabeling; **Inspect is a first-class Action** (via Ki and a per-Element affordance; returns true type, containment, permissions, provenance). New types only by amendment.
- **CELL (new Realm type, replaces Clan)**: a Source's four-generation DOWNLINE plus their Gen-1 upline. You're in your inviter's Cell; yours is who you organize. Auto-forms on invitation acceptance; purpose = care (happy, productive, not stuck); shows on the Resources page (consumption, earnings); NO treasury (lineage flows deterministic).
- **PROGRAM defined** (first-class): a Realm around a sustained purpose containing Projects, Communities, cohorts, Actors, Media, its own Wisdom; Project delivers an outcome, Program carries purpose across many; a course is a Program relabeled.

## Onboarding/invitations (radical, in force)

One-time link + **Secret Code set by the inviter** (= the invite password, one thing). Invitee: **Code Name** (single name field) + Secret Code + set own password → in. NO email, NO mobile, NO third-party validation — **the verification is the inviter**. Inviter privately declares who it's for, invited-to, trust level, relationship context (never shown; informs greeting/presentation/connection). This is how a Cell forms. Anonymity/multiple identities supported. Kinship Codes NOT reduced — full open-internet mechanism stands; in-system privacy is painless via Realm containment.

## Launch + platform rulings

- **Kiduna 1.0 · August 10 · state capital** (PR engaged). Working end-to-end prototype target: Friday 7/24. Joining auto-enrolls **Kinship Duna + Dunaversity**; no privileged position beyond that; other dunas and Realms exist at start. **Invite-only at launch; Guests inactive** (concept stays canon; guests pay more without upfront Compute).
- **One big vector database**, graph-resolved granular access; Drops = logical scopes. Vector · AGE · SQL trio.
- Authorization: Source-set thresholds ($5 example), gravity-proportional press-and-hold, **dual-Source hold** for gravest acts (e.g., unregistering a duna).
- **AT Protocol/DID deferred**; off the trust-authority list; centralized until server software, then real federation.
- **AML/KYC (owner statement)**: Stripe + Sphere carry KYC/AML; wallet-connect available; due diligence complete, both cleared our systems; no Kiduna-side KYC for Compute/Offering purchases. Recorded for L-15 pass.
- Tagline canon, cited from kiduna.ai: "The internet connected pages. Social connected profiles. **Kiduna connects agency** — people and agents organized to act together."
- Envoy-as-security-guard remark struck (thinking out loud; canon untouched).

## Engineering record (7/21)

Techneural: graph ENGINE (relations+permissions+wisdom organization) + conversation memory moving Postgres→graph memory; permissions/relations being added now. New PUBLIC Flutter repo (backend private; Sriram gatekeeps external contributions); one Flutter build → desktop AND web. Their blocker is UI only — Moto owes every important screen. Kit-as-daily-sync is the stated team protocol.
