# Kidunaverse cofounder skill — canon delta · 2026-07-19 (night) · v1.3.3 + the Studio engineering handoff

**Apply via Settings. v1.3.3 supersedes v1.3.2 (installed verbatim at taxonomy.html; source in downloads/canonical-taxonomy-v1.3.3.md). Superseded taxonomy artifacts are removed from site downloads and the kit.**

## v1.3.3 clarifications (owner-approved)

- **The Field is always present but need not be continuously visible** — always-available context, not an always-rendered map; a Surface may focus on one Realm/Panel/Scene/conversation while the Presence remains within the Field.
- **The Field includes ongoing activity and collective agency**: other Realms and their authorized Actors stay active, contribute, and may request attention; **ongoing/background activity NEVER creates authority** (same Source-of-authority, permission, policy, audit, Record requirements). The Field must not imply the Presence is the only active center.
- **Ki collective-Wisdom safeguards**: Ki may reflect collective Wisdom only within governing permissions — may not expose private contributions, invent consensus, erase disagreement, or become a surveillance channel.
- **Panels/Scenes clarified**: a Panel may dominate attention without replacing the Field or changing semantic containment/authority; a Scene is for when spatial/simulated/performative/game-like interaction materially improves participation — not the Field, not a larger Panel; Portals preserve or explicitly transform context with a route back.
- **NON-CANONICAL boundary:** Atlas, Focus, Pulse, Lens, Stage, one-center shell = Studio design-program WORKING TERMS, not taxonomy. Design documents must not imply canonical status.
- **Unresolved semantic questions recorded**: a term for broad orientation; Lens/Stage as primitives vs variants; elsewhere-activity without dashboards; whether "Record" becomes a canonical object; whether "Program" becomes a first-class Realm type.
- **The taxonomy impact rule is process canon**: every design turn states "Taxonomy updated" (version/change/classification/provenance) or "No taxonomy change" (why). Prior versions retained, never overwritten.

## The Studio Preliminary Engineering Handoff (published)

downloads/Kiduna-Studio-Preliminary-Engineering-Handoff-2026-07-19.zip, linked from the Prototype page. Position: after Gate 2B.1, before Gate 2B.2; Design Lab commit e729fec; live review kiduna.design/?persona=david; GitHub PR #10. Contains: the five Outside journeys (original HTML + static export), the accepted Gate 1 one-center experiment, three Gate 2B.1 primary Realm Scenes, program-definition governance, engineering plan / prioritized user stories / acceptance matrix, AGENTS.md + CLAUDE.md harnesses, and OPEN_DECISIONS_AND_RISKS (notably: Record's production representation; collective-learning authority, minority views, retention; Inner Clinic custodianship; Service Alliance/SADUNA/Kiduna Club boundaries; Flutter/Flame vs web parity). Deliberately preliminary — not the Gate 7 handoff.

## Pruned as overtaken by events

Site downloads + kit: the 07-17 structured taxonomy PDF · the v2.0 revised-edition PDF · the v1.3.1 §§19–21 partial · the v1.3.2 md (links repointed to v1.3.3). Kit only (site keeps them as history): design-r6, design-r7 (superseded by the live prototype, the handoff, and R8), kinship-graph-flow.html + kinship-graph-gaps.html (superseded by Graph Architecture v1.1), kiduna-architecture.html (superseded by architecture.md + the graph spec).
