# Kidunaverse cofounder skill — canon delta · 2026-07-19 (evening) · THE COMPLETE CANONICAL TAXONOMY v1.3.2

**Apply via Settings. v1.3.2 is the complete canonical working taxonomy — all 21 sections, installed verbatim at taxonomy.html and downloads/canonical-taxonomy-v1.3.3.md. It supersedes v1.3.1's partial (§§19–21), my vocabulary bridge, and the v2.0 revised edition. Where ANY earlier canon conflicts, v1.3.2 wins.**

## MAJOR changes vs prior canon (attention)

1. **KI IS THE ALLY — ONE coherent Ally across the Kidunaverse, available to every Presence.** No per-member named allies ("rename your ally Psy" is superseded); members personalize Ki (Stance-as-applied, context, Wisdom, memories, patterns, permissions, goals, Automations) "without the illusion that each configuration is a completely separate Ally." Ki must not disclose or use information outside the permissions/context through which it was obtained.
2. **Presence replaces "user" AND "persona" as general terms.** Presence kinds: Singular · Plural (acting through Agent/Role/delegation/governance) · Visitor (unauthenticated; continuity for support, never advertising) · Guest (authenticated non-member; NO inherent contribution rights) · Member (baseline rights per Realm policy) · **Cloaked Presence** — assumes a **Persona** under an **Alias**, governed by a **Mask** (who may know the identity, provable-without-disclosure attributes, reputation portability, expiry, unmasking authority). ⚠ "Persona" is hereby REPURPOSED: it now means a Cloaked Presence's assumed identity — the Graph Architecture v1.1's "Persona = durable principal" must be renamed in the v1.2 fold (likely → Presence/identity).
3. **Realms generalize the containers**: anything enterable/addressable. Realm types: Ecosystem, Institution, Organization (DUNA = one legal form), Alliance, Community, Project, Relationship (2+ Presences or Realms), **Member Realm** (personal; distinct from the member's Presence), **Offering-as-Realm**, and open-ended others (events, gatherings, campaigns, funds, properties, games, performances, **programs** — Programs are now a Realm type, not a top-level Principal; my 7/18 addition is absorbed here).
4. **Four Surfaces, canonically**: Studio (desktop; connects Claude Cowork/Claude Code/ChatGPT/Codex — extends, never replaces Ki/Field/authority) · Live (primary mobile — how most people arrive; CONTROLS TV) · TV (CTV/projectors/stages/festivals/projection mapping; controlled via Live) · Express (Chrome extension w/ persistent sidebar; scam/impersonation/phishing/prompt-injection detection; agentic commerce). kiduna.one / a "Kidunaverse account surface" are not in the canon list.
5. **Founder rule RESOLVED**: for a DUNA — first 100 members to join, OR where an initial Compute sale is conducted, eligible members who join and purchase before it closes; each Realm defines its exact rule; recognition/rights, never permanent control. (Closes the 100-vs-1,000 open item.)
6. **Wizard and Mage defined with explicit cannot-lists**; neither is a superuser; no universal administrative account exists.
7. **Visibility becomes a first-class axis** beside Privacy (know-it-exists ≠ open ≠ modify ≠ disclose), enforceable at Graph, Agent, Action, storage, and interface layers.
8. **Elements/Panels canon**: Icon·Label·Shape·Connector·Widget; move-vs-copy-vs-reference must be explicit; Panels overlay on an Opaque↔Clear continuum and opacity NEVER silently changes permissions. Scenes run within Surfaces, may break the design language, connect only through Portals; Portal transformations explicit and policy-governed.
9. **Creators build without touching the codebase; Builders change software** — the clean line.
10. Treasuries/Compute (§§19–20) as installed 7/19 morning, now with Member/Proposal capitalization and the Offerings-before-Treasuries order in the Structural Summary.

## Ripple list (for the fold)

- Graph Architecture v1.1: Persona→(rename), Member-states → Presence kinds, Realm layer, Visibility axis, Treasuries section, Ki-singular. → v1.2 brief.
- Tracks: orchestration/roles/foundation/surfaces still speak pre-v1.3.2 vocabulary (allies-plural, containers, personas).
- Prototype: Ki's Stance/Wisdom corpus predates v1.3.2; regenerate from Kit v3.3.
- Sentinel track: Sentinel now "advise/intervene/restrict/redirect/escalate within assigned authority" — consistent, but the track's Actor framing should cite §5.2.
