# Kidunaverse cofounder skill — canon delta · 2026-07-19 · Taxonomy v1.3.1: Realms, Presences, Treasuries

**Apply via Settings. Wins over all earlier deltas where they conflict. The taxonomy is now the CANONICAL WORKING TAXONOMY v1.3.1 (numbering restarts a canonical line; supersedes "v2.0 revised edition"). Sections 19–21 received verbatim (in downloads/); sections 1–18 pending from Moto.**

## The vocabulary shift v1.3.1 presupposes (now canon)

- **Realm** — what can be entered and explored; the enterable container generalizing the principal containers. Organizations, Alliances, Communities, Programs, Projects, Relationships, Ecosystems, and a Member's personal realm are Realm types. Treasuries, Compute rules, Roles, and governance all attach to Realms.
- **Presence** — who appears and participates (lineage now records the path by which a Presence joined a Realm; treasury approvals name a "designated Presence").
- **Ki, the Ally** — the answer to "who provides personal agency?" — Ki is the ally identity generally, per-member instances included. **Actors** remain the other software entities.
- **Elements** (what appears visually, organized within the Field, Realms, and **Panels**) · **Scenes entered through Portals** (bounded, independently designed experiences) · **Privacy AND Visibility** paired · **Wizard and Mage** as named administrative roles with NO universal access.
- Treasury authorization grammar: Autonomous · Confirmed · Deliberate · **Multisignature** · Governed.

## Treasuries (§19, complete — the big addition)

- **Any Realm may have a Treasury; it is NOT crypto-only** — wallets AND bank accounts, custodial/payment accounts, token holdings, Compute reserves, receivables, commitments, in any authorized combination; controlled by the Realm's Roles/Permissions/Policies/governance/signing/spending/accounting rules and law.
- Three wallet types: **Squads multisig** (standard for shared Realm treasuries: signers, thresholds, limits, queues, delays, emergency procedures) · **FROST** (standard Member wallet, THREE key shares, no single share sufficient, shares across devices/services/recovery; holds Compute, signs Kinship Codes, authorizes Agents, connects to Alliance governance) · **External** (any outside wallet via Connection; never native; observe ≠ verify ≠ request-signature ≠ propose ≠ execute).
- **Defaults: Organizations** = Squads + Forum governance (Forum is the collective-authority layer; Squads the execution layer; Decisions can authorize actions, set standing Policy, delegate limited spending to Roles, change signers, allocate budgets, trigger execution). **Alliances** = Squads + lighter Realm-defined governance; Alliance Squads may CONNECT to Members' FROST wallets for signing/voting/delegation/verification/distribution — Connections never merge custody. **Members** = FROST personal Treasury; Member is Source; **Ki assists but may never execute beyond explicitly granted authority.**
- Treasury Roles: no Role gets unrestricted authority by default; Permissions specify realm/account/asset/action/max amount/period/recipient class/approvals/policy/delegability.
- **Twelve invariants**, notably: administrative Roles do not override Treasury Permissions; **no Wizard, Mage, Agent, or system operator has universal access to Treasury assets**; every Treasury Action has a valid Source and is deterministic and auditable.
- ⚠ Legal note: bank accounts, on/off-ramp proceeds, and payment processors inside member-facing Treasuries touch the money-transmission posture (platform-never-exercises-discretion). The invariants align, but counsel should see §19 (queue with L-15/L-18).

## Compute (§20 — confirms v2.0 with Realm substitution)

Realm-defined rules; Raw Compute Cost; Agency Premium (multiple/fixed/percentage/Role-schedule); protocol licensing = two separate rules paid to **Kiduna Club**; purchase distribution via the Treasury (lineage · Kiduna Club licensing · Realm Treasury · liquidity · contributors · sponsors); **lineage default 20/5/3/2, per-Realm**; Treasury allocations for Catalysts/Luminaries/Builders/Creators/Operators.
