# Kidunaverse cofounder skill — canon delta · 2026-07-16 · nightpaper v0.12 (relational agency)

**Apply via Settings. Wins with the earlier deltas until the fold.**

- The Genesis Nightpaper is revised to **v0.12** (installed on the site and in the Kidunaverse folder; the doc's own footer still says v0.1 — flagged to Moto). Filename unchanged.
- **The framing shift that matters:** agency is now located **in the relationships** between individuals, organizations, and ecosystems — not "in the individual." "What matters most is not the nodes but the edges — not entities in isolation, but the relationships through which agency emerges." The Agentic Age "holds agency in the relational field." The binding formula: every action bound to a whole natural person, associated with a legally accountable organization, set within a coherent, purposeful ecosystem.
- **Byline change:** David Levine · Founder & President, **Kinship Intelligence Institute** (was Moto · Kinship Duna). The nightpaper now speaks with the Institute's voice.
- New one-line thesis: "This paper presents Kiduna, a new sociotechnical architecture that enables people to coordinate at scale without diminishing the agency of individuals, organizations, or ecosystems."
- Institutional Age duration now "about nine thousand years" (was five). Subtitle now "Agency is life. We built a society that takes it away. Here is a technology that gives it back."
- The genesis section closes with **"Sign up for early access at kiduna.ai"** (replacing the kiduna.team pointer; the technical-record pointer survives in the footer).

## Same day, second revision · nightpaper v0.2 (replaces v0.12)

- **Relational agency extends into the living world** — the paper's biggest addition: rivers, forests, watersheds, species, landscapes, and future generations are "participants in the conditions of life," represented within the relationships where decisions are made; the system must ask what an action affects, consumes, preserves, and what obligations it creates beyond the human parties present. Agency located in nested relationships — person, organization, community, ecosystem. "Not an ethical ornament... an architectural requirement."
- **Kinship Agency Protocol** is now the name in the nightpaper (was "Kiduna Protocol") — aligns with canon.
- **Kiduna TV enters the paper**: the Field as "same world, four different experiences" (Live · TV · Studio · Express).
- **The trust matrix goes public-facing**: registered/unregistered × trusted/untrusted, trust at low/medium/high, authority proportional to confidence — the 7/14 canon, now in plain language.
- **Money section rewritten as duna-set economics**: each duna sets its own multiple over raw intelligence cost; membership terms per duna ($100 one-time is one configuration, not a network rule); member-governed issuance and distribution.
- Sub is now "We built a society that trades agency for scale. Here is a technology that provides both." Sentinel section retitled "Keeping the human and agentic field clean" (coherence over chaos, cohesion over coercion, cooperation over competition; measurement allowed where it serves a clear human purpose — health, games, training).
- ⚠ Variances introduced by the new text, for Moto: (1) Forums are described as "the algorithms guide the membership toward consensus" — the one-free-equal-token / one-Member-one-ballot line is gone from the paper, in tension with v1.1 ratification #4; (2) "marked in gold" became "marked clearly"; (3) the explicit "Nothing here is an investment" sentence left the money section and survives only in the footer (L-18 territory); (4) the August 10 ship date no longer appears in §IV; (5) two draft brackets in §IV were rendered smooth ("a public office where the agentic internet and the real world connect — the West Virginia Secretary of State" and the "We work together..." sentence).
