# Kidunaverse cofounder skill — canon delta · 2026-07-15 · the functional prototype is live

## The prototype

- **Live at kiduna.design** (Vercel production; GitHub CD; Neon-hosted Postgres 16 + pgvector; Apache AGE local until a hosted graph runtime is chosen). The private working record is at /prototype-record-2026-07-15 (deliberately unlinked from the demo). The team-site section is prototype.html.
- **The Genesis opening is implemented**: David enters a clear Field, **Ki greets first**, and organizations/people/Projects become visible only as conversation gives them meaning. Identity chosen before entry, fixed per session; no in-Field account switching; faces deferred.
- **Three controlling rules** (canon): the Field is always present (Clear/Context/Focus change HUD weight, never the world's existence) · conversation creates context (no navigation) · **prototype truth**: local outcomes may be simulated, and the interface labels its execution mode — identity, authority, receipts, and provenance are NEVER fabricated.

## The canonical Ki package (the anatomy of an ally, now concrete)

Four separations: what Ki **is** (the **Stance** — versioned system prompt v1.0: identity, Source boundary, truth order, retrieval rules, permission language, response style, simulation discipline) · what Ki **knows** (the **Wisdom** — KI-GENESIS-ALLY-COMPLETE-KNOWLEDGE v2.5, consolidated from Kiduna Kit v2.5, chunked by Markdown structure with source file/status/heading path preserved, pgvector-ingested, permission-scoped) · how Ki **works** (**fourteen Skills**: ki-run-prototype, ki-render-field, ki-protect-system, ki-manage-ally-identities, ki-manage-relationships, ki-manage-organizations, ki-run-projects, ki-run-actions, ki-run-forums, ki-use-wisdom, ki-use-connections, ki-supervise-actors, ki-create-capabilities, ki-manage-compute — each SKILL.md + references + OpenAI agent config) · what the deterministic system **records** (Postgres state, messages, events, receipts). All three artifacts are downloadable from the prototype section.

## Design language (ratified by rejection)

A panel-based redesign was explicitly rejected and reverted (preserved in Git history): the language stays espresso ground, Avenir body, Goudy display, sky interactions, restrained mint state, **gold only for signature-level acts**; focused layers rise to 94% opacity over the persistent Field.

## Background addendum · the 7/15 syncs and the ux2 whiteboard (pre-prototype thinking; NOTHING here supersedes the prototype)

- **The four-thing taxonomy** (as taught to Techneural, worth keeping): **containers** (ecosystems, organizations, alliances, communities, relationships, projects) · **agents** (allies represent people; actors are functions) · **actions** (deterministic, limited, a full typed inventory in the graph) · **artifacts** (files — video, image, sound, documents — put in, processed, produced). Humans chat (context), approve (HITL or blanket grants), upload, create, share; everything routes through agents; actions are deterministic, agents probabilistic.
- **Not the metaverse.** The buildings-as-DUNAs isometric city (ux2) was explored and corrected: things must look like what they are — transparent/translucent containers, self-describing, conventions like size-by-members; no walking down paths. "Field," never "World," in all Techneural work. Zoomed way out, other ecosystems (other servers) become visible.
- **Onboarding payments**: two options — Stripe (USDC on-ramp) or connect-your-wallet + 100 USDC. No re-registration when entering another duna, but the first Compute purchase always happens (membership = initial purchase, per canon). Later, deliberately deferred: an **Institution onboarding option** (~$1,000, invites up to 10 people, pays for their compute, no discount) and **volume discounts on blocks over $100**. Both need counsel vocabulary review when specced.
- **Governance mechanics warning** (David, citing a DAO losing ~$20M to a proposal that won with one vote, 7 of 180 wallets voting): participation/quorum design is a real open problem — Envoys, quorums, proposal deposits. Not yet designed.
- **Working method**: Techneural simulates full scenarios to freeze flows before development; the demo script is the actual Jeya profiling/invitation scenario; the first milestone is two people literally collaborating on a Project; transcripts feed the UX bible.
