# Kidunaverse cofounder skill — canon delta · 2026-07-13 (SUPERSEDES conflicting earlier canon)

**Apply via Settings. This delta + the 2026-07-11 delta win over the tracks until the fold lands.**

## The major nodes (what must be represented in the Field)

- **Member** — the person. A member is the **Source** to their ally; **only a Source can direct an ally — this solves the prompt injection problem.**
- **Relationship** — a dyadic connection between exactly 2 members. **A NODE, not an edge** — first-class, stores information relevant to the relationship. Relationships are per-Organization: the same two people can have a different relationship in Fellowship of Play than in Safeword.
- **Community** — **REPLACES "Guild."** 3 or more members form a Community.
- **Alliance** — a Community that formalizes: multi-sig wallet, proposals/policies.
- **Institution** — special case of Alliance: a non-DUNA legal entity creating a presence in the Dunaverse. **KYB required** — no third-party service; connects with the duna's registered agent. Can pay members' Compute as a group, enter agreements within and with dunas.
- **Project** — a collection of resources, agents, information with a particular purpose.
- **Organization** — a DUNA: must be registered with an Org ID; can issue its own Compute denomination. **All Relationships, Communities, Alliances, and Projects live WITHIN Organizations — the duna is the legal container.** **Public word is always "Organization," not "duna"** (other jurisdictions may pass similar laws under other names).
- **Ecosystem** — a server or set of servers/resources: units of storage and compute; holds databases, orchestration layers, services. Clients connect to ecosystems. Naming standard: **kap://eco.domain.net** (KAP = Kinship Agency Protocol).

## The Field (canon)

**The Field is the UI/UX convention for the Kinship Agency Protocol the way the browser is to the web/HTTP.** Always live/connected — the agentic internet is always changing state. People can build other apps/front-ends/games; **the Field is the canonical interface.** A **Scene** is a container within the Field — a complete, attached realm to navigate. **Moving between Scenes requires a Portal in each Scene** (at the edge or inside).

## The four surfaces (current, with homes)

- **kiduna.studio** — Kiduna Studio — PC (Windows/Mac/Chromebook/Linux), Flutter/Flame. Same Field interface + building capabilities: dunas, alliances, allies; content, system prompts, connected accounts. Ground-up collaboration: real-time sharing with other builders; organizes materials; GitHub links; transfers packages (skills etc.) directly between client computers AND stores on the network. Inspect/interact/modify/enhance both Allies and Actors.
- **kiduna.live** — Kiduna Live — mobile (iOS/Android).
- **kiduna.express** — Kiduna Express — the Chrome plug-in.
- **kiduna.tv** — Kiduna TV — the CTV surface (Android/Google TV); download/access + info at kiduna.tv.

Plus **kiduna.cash** — the wallet home: onramps, offramps, buy Compute, prices, trends, launchpad, showcase, exchange rates, load your wallet, auto-refresh when credits run out; loads in as USDC, auto-transfer settable. Everything money. *(Copy caution: "prices/trends/launchpad" language must pass counsel's securities vocabulary before publication.)*

## Five canonical agent types (updates the two-family rule)

1. **Allies** — each member has **exactly one ally**. All communication within the Kidunaverse runs **member → ally → ally → member**. Others can reach an ally directly through channels, but in the Field you always speak first with your own ally; **your ally filters all input** (you set preferences for how you receive information).
2. **Actors** — all agents that aren't allies; invoked by allies, dunas, alliances, projects to perform work/tasks.
3. **Sentinels** — keep the human and agentic field clean; escalate when necessary.
4. **Envoys** — **formerly "Electors."** Trade pass/fail tokens in the Forum; also vote for you in alliances; take actions in alliances and organizations on your behalf under your guidance/instruction.
5. **Operators** — run the forums/markets.

## Accountability rule (critical)

Members, Allies, Actors, Sentinels, Envoys, and Operators are not located "within" a DUNA — **but every action they take is taken inside a DUNA, AS a member of that duna** (legal/accountability/liability). Each DUNA permits what can happen within it and determines its actions in the world. **By default, anything not in a specific duna is part of Kinship Duna, the genesis duna** — including open-web browsing through Express; resources/domains can be registered with a duna. The trusted/untrusted × registered/unregistered matrix continues to flesh out (embedded hashes for source-provenance are a post-v1 direction: elevate the whole network, because agentic coordination at internet scale makes it cheap).

## Status

Recorded 2026-07-13 (with the CTV, Field, Techneural, and Elias/project-work materials on file). The Kinship Graph Workflow is published under Architecture as-is; its canon gaps are listed separately. Track folds pending — this file wins.
