1. The genesis duna, stated precisely
Kinship Duna is the genesis duna. Its purpose: create the agentic internet, foster internet-native agentic organizations, support members, help capitalize them, and train members in governance and every aspect of the agentic economy. Genesis means first and generative — it builds the technology and spins the others out — and nothing more: the system is decentralized, every duna has equal power, Kinship Duna controls none of them, and the only central registry anywhere is the WV Secretary of State. Founders of Kinship Duna: the first 1,000 members.
Boundaries are fluid on purpose. Members hold one wallet and one ally across all dunas; information moves per its access level; alliances and guilds cross duna lines. The purpose of the duna boundary is legal standing and accountability — which entity is responsible — not walls between people.

3. The variance analysis — what actually differs between dunas
Every duna runs the same system. What varies is its configuration, and the configuration surface is finite. This is the working frame for the analysis (one axis per row; the columns of the eventual full matrix):

First worked contrasts (the pattern for the full pass, one pair at a time): BiHome vs Contraction — both expert-corpus dunas, but BiHome’s variance is personalization (secret member health wisdom, per-member watchers) while Contraction’s is credential-gating (advice routes to licensed members’ dockets) — same Wisdom axis, opposite privacy centers of gravity. Celebrity Solar vs Freehold Finance — both capital-intensive collectives, but Solar’s programs face hardware (monitoring, site analysis) while Freehold’s face markets (underwriting, secondary sales); both need the Institution node early, for installers and lenders respectively. Flag Tag vs The Ceremony Machine — both experience dunas where the Flame layer is constitutive, not decorative; Flag Tag pulls the isometric grammar into the physical world (AR), Ceremony Machine pushes it onto every screen; both are Move-adjacent in real life, which will pressure-test the sim boundary. The remaining 28 contrasts are the standing work queue for this track — each meeting can settle a pair.
4. Level mechanics (definitions live in Roles)
Who the roles are — Guest through Luminary, and Institutions — is defined in The Roles. What this section holds is the mechanics each duna’s founder configures: thresholds, pricing, and depth. Where anything below appears to conflict with Roles, Roles wins.
Levels apply within a particular duna; the founder sets thresholds and what each level can do. Kinship Duna’s ladder:

Separately, Institution: $1K Compute purchase, up to 10 enrolled members (compute distributed to them), squad wallet, created only by members, must be a registered outside entity, can contract with anyone, cannot vote. It is a special form of alliance with legal standing outside the Kidunaverse.
5. Kidunaversity — the first Move
Kidunaversity is the first Move — the sim-flagged experiences that run inside Live. What began as a city hall is now a university. What happens inside Kidunaversity does not affect the Kidunaverse — everything is fake or staked-and-returnable. Its regimens teach exactly this track’s material: how to guide and steer your ally, form alliances, run Forums, extend codes, read a variance table — plus the things best learned by walking through them: black markets, what’s on-chain and what isn’t (guilds) — using the 31 real dunas as the fictional-but-faithful settings. Every duna can commission its own regimens; the variance table’s training row is where those get planned.
