## 0. The sentence

R3's still governs (one dialogue with your ally; everything else is a card that gets bigger for a minute) and R7's still governs (the Project is the room the work lives in). R8 adds the round's own on top: **the Field is one place seen from four distances — the desk, the hand, the page, and the couch — and nothing about it changes but the distance.** The Field is to KAP what the browser is to the web: the canonical interface to an internet that never stops changing state.

## 1. The Field grammar, canonical (Deliverable 1 · canvas 01)

1. **A Scene is a complete, attached realm** — bounded, owned, its edges are grants made visible. **A Portal is a pair, not a link**: one end in each Scene, each end owned by its Scene's grants; edge portals face neighbors, interior portals are placed doors. Either side can close its end; a closed end renders as a doorway gone dark, stated plainly. Entering is a plain tap or step; press-and-hold stays reserved for signatures (01 · 1a).
2. **The HUD is four elements plus one dial: opacity** (01 · 1b). Container chip · ≤3 contextual chips · ally band · sky rims — and translucent/risen/opaque as the whole navigation model. Opaque is chosen, never seized; the Field runs live underneath. This absorbs R7's "four postures": side-by-side was only ever the opaque HUD standing beside the Field where width exists.
3. **ACTIONS appear where you are** — at their objects, addressed to one member, two sentences, consequence in the label, the act plus "not now." The Docket stays a projection (ruling 6); no queue, no inbox, no badges.
4. **The eight nodes each have exactly one canonical rendering** (01 · 1c): Member = presence with a handle (position, never a green dot) · Relationship = a node, a small room exactly two can stand inside, per-Organization · Community = a dashed circle, 3+ · Alliance = the circle formalized, solid edge, table at center (multi-sig wallet + proposals) · Institution = squared counter with a KYB nameplate tracing through the registered agent · Project = workbench with a stable Scene identity; the room is earned by scale (ruling 1) · Organization = the grounds; the container everything lives within; the only place gold happens · Ecosystem = the ground itself, felt as horizon and `kap://eco.domain.net` in the chip's detail, never an object.
5. **Agents render by type**: Ally = the band and the voice · Actors = figures with functions and routines · Sentinels = effects only · Envoys = seated where they represent you (Alliance tables, Forums) · Operators = at the Forums they run. All communication is member → ally → ally → member; only a Source directs an ally.
6. **Always live means four facts** (01 · 1d): state arrives, never fetched · absence is compressed, not lost · motion means state (the only standing animations are state being true) · disconnection is stated as weather. A KAP client rendering static snapshots is not rendering the Field.

## 2. Studio (Deliverable 2 · canvas 02)

1. **The workshop frame** (2a): the Field wide, the opaque HUD allowed to stand beside it. Same refusals as R7: no file trees, no tabs/docks/panels, no trays, no meters, no second primary action. Spacebar peek stays cut.
2. **Building verbs are one grammar** (2b): said to the ally · command stated verbatim before it runs · machine-generated receipt · citable Record. Founding an Organization is signed (gold — it writes the first authoritative Record). A Community formalizing into an Alliance turns the dashed edge solid in place. Contract changes come only from the Source — the prompt-injection answer rendered as UX. Connected accounts render as scoped, dated links, never identity-sameness.
3. **The inspection grammar is the bench** (2c) — the round's hardest problem. An agent under inspection stands on a small Scene of its own, its anatomy around it as read-only cards, every fact cited; change is conversational and re-renders the cards. **Ally bench**: Contract · grounding (weighted by source) · what it knows (counted by the four levels; forgetting is removal, receipted) · recent acts. **Actor bench**: function · invoker & standing (the accountability chain, walkable) · permissions (each grant stated, revocable in a sentence) · routine & recent acts. No Contract on an Actor — it represents no one. The bench is precisely what Live lacks, which is why acceptance stays at the desk (ruling 4).
4. **Collaboration is ground-up** (2d): same-Scene real-time presence (position and act, not cursors) · materials self-organize into the graph, cited to upload receipts · GitHub repos link as registered resources (Studio never becomes an IDE) · **package transfer machine-to-machine** when both ends are present and trusted, to network storage when not — server-brokered, scoped, receipted both ways; a sent package lands when taken.
5. **R7's rulings rendered** (2e): manifest-violating returns quarantined as evidence (exact constraint stated, dim camel, never red) · the Docket spoken or carded, never a place · two signatures with separate Records (profile send, Code redemption) · gold only into the authoritative Record; Elias's work-in-progress acceptance is light, Moto's Record-touching acceptance is gold.

## 3. Live (Deliverable 3 · canvas 03)

1. **Switchless** (3a): the R6 Chat⇄Live switch is gone; the HUD's three depths (translucent · risen · opaque) are the entire navigation model. Swipe down returns the ground; the band never unmounts.
2. **The cohort journey re-grounded** (3b): R6's arc adopted, given gravity — the unique code is a door with her name on it; Ki meets her at the threshold; the ally is made in conversation before the first crossing; arrival is light; the inviter's relationship is a room from day one. The $100 Compute step stays at kiduna.cash with all three paths; Live hands off in one sentence and receives her back where she left.
3. **The phone's honest verbs** (3c): participation (walk, speak through the allies, sit in circles, watch Moves) and simple approvals (consequence fits in two sentences; press-and-hold; gold only into the Record). The five desk acts hold as "at my desk later" — the ACTION stays at its object and Studio offers it first. No voice at launch; no meters, ever; room presence counts legal, person counts never.

## 4. Express (Deliverable 4 · canvas 04)

1. **The honest page** (4a): Express never repaints the web. Registered things gain one quiet chip stating what the registration traces to, every claim walkable to its Record; unregistered things get no mark unless asked, and the answer is a plain sentence — a stranger, not a threat. The axes never blur: registered/unregistered for resources, trusted/untrusted for relationships; no site is ever rendered "trusted."
2. **The default container** (4b): the toolbar chip reads "in Kinship Duna" because every act happens inside an Organization; "as [Organization]" is a one-sentence drift. The chip is accountability, not surveillance — reading stays the browser's; the Field keeps only what became an act.
3. **Registering** (4c): domains and pages register to an Organization with a proof step; the hold is gold (it touches the Organization's authoritative Record — same law as everywhere). Artifacts cite into Project materials with provenance. Organization registration, KYB, and money stay on the web account surfaces.
4. **The ally across pages** (4d): member → ally → ally → member holds on the open web; your ally filters returns per your preferences; posting to your own registered account is a granted, receipted act; acting on another member's post routes through their ally, never around it.

## 5. TV (Deliverable 5 · canvas 05)

1. **What CTV is for** (5a): presence (the Field as a window left open) · watching the world you belong to (the always-live quality is what television was always for) · visiting together (one member signs in; the household visits under their membership, Host ally at the grant edge). Room presence counts are legal; nothing about people is measured.
2. **The remote grammar** (5b): d-pad focus **is** the sky rim · holding a direction walks (position stays honest) · OK enters, turns cards, or talks · back is retreat toward the door, never exit to a menu · **long-press OK is reserved and inert** — the ally states where signing lives.
3. **The refusals, stated** (5c): no signatures (not even practice — Kidunaversity keeps that) · no money, balances, or wallets on the glass · no building · no per-person accounts. kiduna.tv the site is download + explanation, not a fifth surface.

## 6. The cut (Deliverable 6 · canvas 06)

Canvas 06 is normative: in/out lists for all four surfaces, and the test is **continuity of place** — Elias's day (Live train → Studio desk → Express research → Live vote → TV story circle) with the pass condition verbatim: *cover the screen's edges and ask "which product is this?" — the only honest answer should be "the Field, at some distance."* One store listing: Kiduna, with Live as the mobile experience.

## 7. The invariants, restated

Citations and consequence-ordering · gold = signature into the authoritative Record only; light for everything that happens to you · sky = touchable · card anatomy · four access levels · the Contract; instruction only from the Source · one ally voice · member → ally → ally → member · members never users · handle never username · relationship never connection · Community never Guild · Organization never "duna" in member-facing copy · five agent types by name (Allies, Actors, Sentinels, Envoys, Operators) · registered/unregistered for resources, trusted/untrusted for relationships, never blurred · Compute is prepaid usage credits that power intelligent agents; no investment/ROI/earnings language · Practice Credits, never scrip · press-and-hold is the signature; practice only in Kidunaversity · no HEARTS, meters, scores, badges, or leaderboards · no identity-sameness without registered proof · all money authorization on the web; kiduna.cash is the wallet home · state is derived, never declared · provenance never falls off · examples only from real Organizations and real people.
